Puzzle Box recipes
Open Transmute from the room screen between encounters. The Puzzle Box is always available and can be used repeatedly. Put exactly the listed ingredients in, choosing how many units of each stack to consume, and transmute. If the result cannot fit in your bag or equipment, nothing is consumed or modified. No recipe edits a single affix or guarantees a roll: rerolls, crafts and corruption are gambles.

Crafted item families
A craft keeps the magic item's base and becomes a Crafted item (orange) with its family's mods plus 1-4 random rare affixes. Item level = half your character level + half the input's item level.
