These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Arthur: Rotten King ("the game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the game.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for non-commercial use only.

Online features

The PvP Colosseum and Wandering Dead features let your character's data be sent to our servers so other players can encounter it asynchronously. You agree not to submit snapshots obtained through cheating, exploiting bugs, or modifying the game client. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is sent.

Acceptable use

• Don't reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game except where permitted by law.
• Don't use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, especially in online features.
• Don't attempt to disrupt or overload our servers.

Virtual items and purchases

The game may offer virtual currency and items for purchase through Google Play. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, aren't redeemable for cash, and aren't transferable outside the game. All purchases are final except where a refund is required by Google Play's policies or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The game, including its art, design, text, and code, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the game to you.

Disclaimer

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that online features (including saved characters sent to our servers) will be available indefinitely.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

Changes

We may update the game or these Terms at any time. Continuing to play after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to online features for accounts or devices that violate these Terms.
